Users (Timesheets Administration)
Anyone who enters or authorises timesheet details must first be set up as a Timesheets Manager, Project Manager, or Worker. You can also create contractor Workers, who are not linked to an employee in the Pegasus Opera 3 payroll application.
Steps

Sign in as a Timesheets Administrator.

On the Timesheets Administration page, select the Users button to open the Users page.

To create an individual Worker, Project Manager or Timesheets Manager, select the
link to open the Add from user page.

To create more than one Worker, select the
link and follow the steps.

Complete the user's details.
Note - deleted users:
When a user is deleted in Pegasus Web Xchange
it is retained in the database and marked as 'archived', and hidden.
You cannot create a brand new user using a deleted user name. But you can
restore that user, which will allow the user name to be used again to
sign in to Pegasus Web Xchange.
The advantage of not deleting the user's details from the database is,
if an employee leaves but then returns, you can quickly restore the user
name with the user's original details.
